To ensure sustainable results I consider all relevant internal and external factors, thoroughly develop target models and roadmaps, involve stakeholders and manage the realization.

I have gathered several years of professional experience working with well-established consulting companies. Also as independent advisor I make sure to stay in close contact and exchange with other consultants and entrepreneurs. Among others I intensely collaborate with Ten4 Consulting, but also further specialist firms.
